Fire Alarm Installer

We are looking for someone who is proficient with installing and servicing Fire Alarm devices including (strobes, horns, pull bars, exit devices, smoke detectors, etc.
as well wiring up panels.
- Qualifications : Install, maintain, or repair fire systems and panels, or related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
- Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications.
- Feed cables through access holes, roof spaces, or cavity walls to reach fixture outlets, positioning and terminating cables, wires, or strapping.
- Drill holes for wiring in wall studs, joists, ceilings, or floors.
- Mount raceways and conduits and fasten wires to wood framing, using staplers.
- Read blueprints to install in designated areas
- Installs, modifies, maintains, programs and repairs fire alarm panels.
- Test all systems and equipment, after repairs are made, to ensure the performance of the system.
- Installs pull stations, smoke detectors, and duct detectors.
- Knowledgeable of NFPA Building Codes
Certifications Preferred :
Fire / Life Safety Certification
