About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Medical Surgical Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Information not provided Experience : 2 years required License : Must have appropriate state license in hand Certifications : BCLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have : Ability to charge and precept new grads Job Description : Work primarily on the surgical unit during night shifts- Manage a patient ratio of 1 : 6, flexing up to 1 : 7 when necessary- Required to work 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, covering Saturdays and Sundays- Use of CERNER EMR- First-time travelers accepted- Locals accepted at the same rate- Patient age group : adults- Ability to float within the hospital if necessary- 16 hours of orientation provided- Flu vaccine required, with medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed
