Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Determine necessary parts and tools required for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with product specifications.
- Procure improved tools, fixtures, and equipment to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Conduct engineering investigations to resolve product and component issues, implementing engineering change notices as needed.
- Design and fabricate product and process components and fixtures as necessary to support manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate in concurrent engineering activities, contributing to the conceptualization, development, and implementation of R&D fabrication and assembly methodologies.
