Role Overview :

This role will work closely with the Target Markets Lead to identify, create, and execute strategies / tactics that facilitate Field Productivity business objectives, including :

• Standardize Target Market process
• Coordinate projects / work efforts across target market leads
• Identify procedural inefficiencies and opportunities for program optimization
• Ensure integration across Foundational Business, working as subject matter expert (SME) for Target Markets
• Oversee development of Target Market tools / processes

What You'll Do :

• Run point on cross-functional efforts to stand-up and execute target market programs
• Identify resources needs, standard operational procedures, alignment gaps / opportunities
• Work with internal and external data resources to develop and synthesize insights
• Ensure coordination across market leads
• Insure alignment of tools, resources, and program builds
• Project management duties for cross-market initiatives
• Budget planning and management across market teams
• Coordinate, plan, and execute team meetings
• Management and development of direct reports

What You'll Bring :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or relevant study; and / or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 - 7 years corporate experience; including 5+ years of experience in a business strategy, consulting, and / or marketing planning role
• Deep understanding of the agency distribution model and strong project management skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Broad understanding of business operations / processes (e.g., resource allocation, process mapping)
• Ability to analyze processes, identifying areas for optimization / opportunity, and leverage data insights to develop business plans / processes

Pay Transparency

Salary Range : $137,500 - $200,000

Overtime eligible : Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible : Yes

Sales bonus eligible : No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
