Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Littleton, Colorado facility. This role involves providing direct nursing care, leading other nursing care providers, and working mainly evening shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care, assess patient needs, and develop care plans
- Perform nursing procedures, administer medications, and document patient information
- Lead and supervise other nursing personnel, act as a resource for patients and families
- Attend meetings, conferences, and staff trainings as needed
Requirements :
- Current LPN license in the State of Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and protocols
