Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care at our facility in Franklin, Tennessee.

Position Requirements :
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- For specialized units, additional certifications may be required
Workplace Experience :
Various patient care delivery settings including medical / surgical, critical care, oncology, and emergency departments
Physical Environment :
Work in various patient care units with diverse patient populations
Physical Effort :
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Requires prolonged standing and working for up to twelve hours a day
- Able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs
Key Results :
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and plans individualized care
- Administers medications and documents accurately
- Accepts charge responsibilities and facilitates staff development
