We’re looking to hire a COORDINATOR for a major entertainment company.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Coordinator to join their Ad Standards division. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a progressive team, reviewing and approving adult-directed advertising across various U.

S. Domestic properties, including broadcast, cable, digital, and streaming platforms.

This is a full-time 3-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in NYC.

COORDINATOR Responsibilities :

Ensuring compliance with FTC and FCC laws, industry regulations, and channel policies

Reviewing scripted and filmed advertising material, including substantiation and documentation of product claims

Serving as a traffic coordinator for the department, ensuring all upcoming ads are reviewed in a timely manner

Building and fostering good working relationships with numerous internal and external partners

Assisting with atypical review and traffic processes for special events, major Sports, digital and social platforms, and more

COORDINATOR Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of experience in television, music, or the entertainment industry, with a strong interest in the convergence of digital new media, laws, regulations, and creative advertising solutions.

Relevant internship experience will also be considered.

• High-energy and inquisitive, with a willingness to learn on the job and seize new opportunities as they arise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software platforms.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively without constant supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with diverse personality types.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• A desire to be part of a collaborative team!
