Your home must be accessible . ABOUT NASHUA CENTER
Founded in 1973 to offer services for a group of children whose severity of disabilities prevented them from participating in any existing public or private educational programs, we now provide specialized care and support to over 500 individuals each year throughout Southern New Hampshire.
We help children from birth to age 3 and adults with disabilities or acquired brain disorders. Our services include providing or connecting them with safe places to live, meaningful activities, social interaction, relationship-building, and skill development for increased independence.
We also work to educate employers, organizations, and the community at large about similarities and differences in people.
We respect the individual. We are teachers, advocates, problem-solvers, idea generators, and relationship builders. We have fun, celebrate differences in people, and support each other.
