Job Description

• 6-8 years of SFDC experience
• Experience in leading SFDC projects
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce
• Well-versed in configuration, customization, and integration
• Hands-on experience with Service and Sales Cloud
• Experience with configuration and customization using SFDC Visualforce, Apex, and certifications
• Experience working on support engagements
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and Data Model skills
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams
• Coordinate with customers, product vendors, and other IT teams
• Highly competent in tool capabilities and implications, able to quickly provide accurate high-level cost and schedule impacts of each proposed solution
• Able to communicate well with both business Subject Matter Experts and technical design and developers
