Overview
T. Rowe Price seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce) in Owings Mills, MD to :
- Elicit, clarify and translate complex business requirements into application functional and detailed technical solution documentation and conceptual designs for the Salesforce.com platform.
- Define and translate business needs for new and / or enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.
- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle with internal and external business and technical partners to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, and met.
Minimum Requirements
- Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field plus 2+ years of exp as a systems analyst or related.
- Requires 2+ years of exp with gathering, documenting, analyzing system specifications and requirements, testing concepts, and managing and executing system testing initiatives on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Requires 2+ years of exp with the Salesforce.com platform and concepts (SQL, SOQL, Data Loader, Salesforce Roles / Permissions / Permission Sets / Record Types.
- 2+ years of exp with SDLC Processes (Agile Scrum, Waterfall), and Visio.
- Requires at least 1+ year of exp with data analysis, strong testing strategy and formulating test strategies.
