Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room
Location : Dallas, TX
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Shifts per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36
Hourly Rate : $32 - $53 / hour
Job Overview :
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Level I Trauma setting.
You will manage acute patient care, respond to emergency situations, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Youll oversee patient assessment, treatment, and care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for emergency cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs in a busy ER environment.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Maintain safe, therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work with a patient ratio of 4 : 1 in a high-acuity, trauma-level emergency department.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in an Emergency Department setting required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire).
