Our client, an iconic global fashion brand, is looking for a seasoned Sr. Director of HR Communications with a proven ability to lead global internal communications strategies that inspire, align, and engage associates.

In this critical role, you will develop and execute content that reflects company culture and values, while driving associate engagement and supporting major HR initiatives.

Partnering closely with senior HR leadership, this position will amplify key narratives and ensure consistent messaging across the organization, particularly during large-scale change management efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 7-10 years of experience in HR communications, with deep expertise in employee engagement, culture-building, and content creation.
