THE JOB :
As the Assistant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our beverage service team throughout our restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, and gaming floor.
You will ensure proper training of our service staff, that our guest receive impeccable service, as well as drive covers within the outlet.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills allowing them to build strong relationships with our guests and team members.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Supervise the beverage service team assisting in team member evaluations, scheduling, inventory controls, and executing strategies to increase profitability
- Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness within all areas of the beverage service areas
- Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience
- Oversee staff and operations to ensure that service and safety standards are met
- Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Has two years of supervisory / management experience in the hospitality industry
- Has previous work experience as a bartender in a restaurant establishment
- Takes pride in their work
- Describes themselves as detail-oriented
- Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
