Responsibilities Responsibilities This position is part of the Keysight Design Engineering Solutions Organization, which helps Keysight deliver first to market design solutions, focusing on top electronic design challenges and market trends that address unmet needs.

The Electronic Systems Level (ESL) Design segment within DES is a key investment area which includes PathWave System Design (SystemVue) and other product lines.

PathWave System Design is used by leading companies to develop the next generation of wireless communications standards (4G / 5G / 6G) and aerospace / defense applications like radar and military communications.

This position will be involved in defining projects and creating applications that better integrate PathWave System Design with other Keysight hardware and software to create unique and differentiated solutions that span across design-thru-test development lifecycles utilizing cornerstone applications that help customers drive the creation of state-of-the-art products.

We are looking for a talented, energetic, results-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

You will be working as part of a product leadership and management team to define, market, promote and grow the sales of our systems-level design simulation solutions.

You will focus more on our RF systems simulation products. As the owner of these products, the life and death of the products are in your hands.

From deep understanding of the industry, you are responsible to create a vision of the market needs and develop new products and features that exceed customer expectations.

With a crisp understanding of the user workflow trends, you replace older products with the right user experience to maintain customers’ interests.

You will develop the marketing plans to drive adoption of new and current products and develop the sales tools that the field teams use to enable sales and improve their sales efficiency.

You will also need to coach the field teams on the product features and benefits. You are also the product evangelist to internal Keysight teams like Sales, Product Planning, Business Development, and R&D ensuring that they build and sell customer compelling products.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic customer-orientated product manager with an experienced and entrepreneurial spirit.

You are constantly seeking to solve customers’ problems in their environment and applications using our Keysight products, innovative solutions with the best use of our products and developing new features as needed so that our solutions are compelling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for : Clearly understand customers’ problems and translate into product features for R&D to implement Product vision & strategy Requirements definition and roadmap planning New product introductions and release planning Product pricing and sales bundles strategy Marketing plans and messaging Relevant sales enablement tools such as application notes, customer success stories, internal training, competition analysis, demos etc, to ensure expertise of the organization to sell our products Cross-functional team collaboration with Sales, Order Processing, Support and Legal Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience as an electronics system designer or applications engineer, with experience in business development / product planning (with typically 10+ years in overall practical experience) Proven leadership and experience driving business results Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making Ability to build strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders Electronic Engineering background in RF design a strong plus Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills Solution orientated and results driven Ability to reduce and focus broad business strategies and concepts into structured executable projects with measurable goals Ability to technically understand customer’s design challenges in the system design and verification area and translate them into compelling product requirements Technical knowledge of system design, SystemVue software, VSA software, and various Keysight test equipment (other tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, ) Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations Excellent written, verbal, communication and negotiation skills Careers Privacy Statement Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
