Travel Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg (Medical-Surgical) - Indianapolis, Indiana - 899596

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med / Surg - 4S Inpatient Unit 48's

Shift : Days / 7a-7 : 30p, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36's

Length : 13 weeks

MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS, WEEKEND REQUIREMENT WILL BE BASED ON UNIT NEEDS. TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 50% OF THE WEEKENDS IN THEIR CONTRACT

Call-Ins : If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.

9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.

2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract

Requirements :

• IN / Compact License
• Minimum 2 Years Experience and IV Start
• Skillset Preferences : Level 1 Trauma Experience and Telemetry

Other Details :

• Floating Requirements : Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed
• Staffing Ratios : 1 : 5-6
• Unit Information : GI / Liver Medical patients, ERCP, CAPD, Pre-transplant, Chronic Pancreatitis
• Locals not accepted

Traveler must have IN / Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package for their license to apply for this position.

Certification Requirements : BCLS
