Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Senior Business Analyst for a PE Owned, multi-location healthcare organization.

Salary : $115,000 - 125,000 per year
Work Hours : 8 to 5
Education : Bachelor's degree
Experience : 7 Years
Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst will support initiatives to optimize business operations based on data models they have built.
This role will collaborate with departments across the organization including but not limited to : Revenue Cycle, Compliance, HR, Field Operations, IT, and Clinical Development and Outcomes.
Other responsibilities include :
- Use advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions
- Propose sound, data-driven business solutions and recommendations to address optimization issues
- Build, optimize and maintain data models, templates, and KPI dashboards
- Develop forward-looking business indicators and KPIs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, industry experience of 7 years, experience with PowerBI and SQL, and top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
