Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our Chick-fil-A team at Nashville Airport in Nashville, Tennessee.

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $43888 - $54100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members. Provide performance feedback and corrective action when required, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered with a positive team member and guest experience
• Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting
• Maintain the implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures
• Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B or restaurant management is required
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
• No college degree required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic organizational and mathematical abilities
