Agile Project Manager Opportunity with a Leading E-commerce Platform

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our team on a project-based collaboration, supporting the development and delivery of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning : Lead the agile project planning process, creating timelines, sprints, and tasks to ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.

Scrum Master : Act as a scrum master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the project on track and address any impediments.

Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to drive project progress and foster a productive working environment.

Continuous Improvement : Implement and uphold agile best practices, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.

Risk Management : Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.

Client Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role, overseeing software development or IT projects.

Certification : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is preferred.

Skills :

Proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide the project team effectively.

Expertise in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
