Pay Range : $20 - $23 / Hr
Shift / Time Zone : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
About the Role :
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Phlebotomy : Drawing blood samples accurately and efficiently from patients of all ages.
- Patient Interaction : Providing excellent customer service, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing patient concerns.
- Specimen Processing : Preparing blood samples for laboratory testing, following strict guidelines and protocols.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintaining accurate records and documentation, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For :
- Phlebotomy Skills : Proven expertise in phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Customer Service : A strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and clients.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in specimen collection and processing.
- Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Certification : Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in specific states).
Additional Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Reliable transportation
- COVID-19 vaccination
