Position Overview :

Job Title : Marketing Content Specialist

Location : 425 Paul Rd, Rochester, NY 14624

Department : Human Resources

Reports To : Director of Human Resources

Employment Type : Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Starting Wage : $21 per hour

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Graphics Creation : Develop visually engaging digital communications for internal employee messaging displays.
  • Leadership Collaboration : Partner with company leaders and project committee members to design and tailor communications aligned with key messaging goals.
  • Content & QR Code Creation : Create content and QR codes linking to digital communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Data Analysis : Track and analyze QR code engagement data to measure communication reach and effectiveness.
  • Recruitment Messaging : Design branded digital content to promote job opportunities on Lifetime’s social media platforms.
  • Lead Weekly Meetings : Facilitate committee discussions, gather feedback, and make updates to digital communications as needed.
  • Marketing Support : Create graphics and promotional materials to support external marketing initiatives.
  • Content Posting : Publish approved internal and external content across designated display systems and social media channels.
  • Perform Other Duties, as Assigned : Support leadership in developing additional visual communication materials as needed.
  • What You Bring :

  • Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva preferred).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
