We're looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of defining what to build, how it should be built, and why it matters-bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution.

Role Overview

As our Product Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the roadmap for our next-generation digital signage Content Management System (CMS) and related products. You'll report directly to the CEO, and work closely with developers and key stakeholders to ensure we're building the right features for the right markets, with a laser focus on user experience, scalability, and integration with complex workplace systems. We need this role to lean into Artificial Intelligence and approach everything with AI-first thinking

This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where your decisions directly shape our product and growth.

This position is an in-the-office position (Eden Prairie, MN) due to WAND's fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with company growth goals.
  • Translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in digital signage, workplace CMS, and e-commerce integrations.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Work with customers, sales, and support teams to gather feedback.
  • Create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and user stories for the dev team.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure clear communication of product requirements.

    • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and prioritize sprint tasks.
  • Work with marketing and sales to plan go-to-market strategies for new features.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth deployment of CMS and endpoint solutions.

    • Product Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to release and iteration.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success.
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

    • Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay ahead of trends in workplace digitization, signage, and CMS platforms.
  • Benchmark against competitors to ensure we're delivering best-in-class solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience in software, preferably SaaS or IoT / digital signage.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, digital content workflows, and / or hardware integrations.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear, detailed technical requirements.
  • Experience working directly with software engineers in Agile or Lean environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.

  • Experience in e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, APIs, and dynamic data-driven displays.
  • Knowledge of UX / UI best practices for content management tools.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growth environment with evolving priorities.
