Physical Therapist Contract Details :

• $1,640 - $1,802 per week
• 10-week contract with possibility of extension
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements :

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure / Certification in Nevada
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.
