Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RT-IA(Copy needed)

Certifications : RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care; BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; NRP-AHA; PALS-AHA

AND

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi

Experience : 2 years

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
