We are seeking an Insurance Sales Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Phone and face to face interaction with clients to best help them protect assets.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
