Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with and nurture leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.
- Organize and conduct home showings and property inspections.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the most beneficial price under optimum terms.
- Update and maintain listings of available properties.
- Foster networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Ability to work independently coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick thinker with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
