Position : Director of Operations
Industry : Construction, emphasis undergrounding / grading / concrete
Duration : PERMANENENT
Salary : $125k - $150k depending on related experience
A growing Southern California focused construction company is seeking a Director of Operations to support! As the Director of Operations you will implement and create operation policies across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee operation plans and develop new processes if needed
- Provide reports to leaders related to goals
- Work with leadership team to develop goals and work on plans to reach them
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners related to Operations
- Cost control, identify any inefficiencies and implement cost saving strategies
- Develop administrative policies and ensure procedures being met
Requirements :
- 5+ years Senior Operational experience
- Related construction (underground specific) experience
- Bachelor Degree preferred but related experience will take precedents
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
