Who YOU are :
- At least 6+ months credit union / banking experience
- Familiarity with general banking concepts, practices and regulations
- High School Diploma / GED required
What YOU’LL do :
- Responsible for daily monitoring, processing, and resolution of member card order inquiries through multiple communication channels
- Print, pack and ship member card orders in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy and quality of those orders
- Monitor inventory of card production materials such as plastic stock, cleaning supplies, packaging and inserts
- Maintain accurate records of card production activities
- Communicate with internal and external members to ensure production runs smoothly and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Support the other functions of the Payments team as needed
- Responsible for understanding, adhering to, and complying with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and the Credit Union’s Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures

Stanford Federal Credit Union provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the Credit Union reasonably expects to pay for a position.
The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
