Lead with Purpose :

In this pivotal role, you will lead a multi-faceted team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final construction.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the mechanical design of cutting-edge buildings that prioritize energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

As the Engineer of Record, you will foster seamless communication with clients, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Empower and Inspire :

Your leadership extends beyond project management. As a senior engineer, you will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical skills and professional development.

Collaborate with project managers to strategize budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, maximizing efficiency and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Qualifications :

  • Extensive Experience : 15+ years of hands-on experience in the AEC industry, specializing in HVAC design.
  • Licensed Professional : Active PE license is essential to validate your technical expertise.
  • Software Proficiency : Strong command of industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES, and MS Office Suite.
  • Leadership Acumen : Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, cultivating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Sustainability Advocate : Preference for candidates with LEED AP BD+C and WELL certifications, demonstrating a commitment to green building practices.
