As a licensed Customer Service Representative, you will help service our existing customers as well as support our in house sales team as we grow our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming current customer service calls
- Educate customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
- Strong interest in being part of a team
- Current Property & Casualty license
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
