Position Summary

Data Exchange team is looking for a Data Engineer to help create advanced Data Extracts on behalf of Plan Sponsors.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Experience with Python
• 1+ years of Experience with SQL
• 2 years of overall software development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
• GCP Experience BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Python, Cloud composer / Airflow , Cloud Storage, Dataflow / Data Fusion, DataProc.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying data transformation and processing solutions using Teradata utilities (BTEQ, TPT, FastLoad & SQL Queries).
• Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets from disparate data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams
• Knowledge in BI Tools Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc
• Must understand software development methodologies including waterfall and agile.
• Health Care / PBM domain experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$75,705.00 - $154,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
