Assessment Specialist

Arms Acres is looking for an Assessment Specialist / Case Manager to join our outpatient location in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive services including scheduling and facilitation of assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment plan coordination (identify immediate needs) and intervention(s) to assist with client's immediate needs.

Shift is full-time Monday-Friday 9 - 5 : 30pm

Must have a CASAC T, CASAC, LMSW and / or LMHC

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates must have an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred, in a related field with a minimum of one year experience of office management OR a high school diploma with a minimum of three years' experience.

Salary Description

$22.00 to $31.00 depending on education / experience
