Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Advocate

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Utilization Management professional.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer behavioral health benefits for facility-based care

Utilize clinical assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and evaluate additional clinical services needed

Coordinate benefits and transitions between various levels of care and consult with facility staff to improve treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications

Independently licensed clinician with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience

Active and unrestricted license in Florida

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related mental health environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to work occasional holidays and maintain a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access
