Primary Function :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in EPC projects, substation builds, transmission line construction, and high-voltage systems.
The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This role requires full travel availability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of EPC projects involving substations, transmission lines, and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and on-site personnel to ensure project alignment with design and quality standards.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to report progress and project milestones.
- Foster a strong safety culture on all project sites, ensuring all workers adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in EPC projects, specifically in substation and high-voltage environments.
- Extensive knowledge of transmission line construction and high-voltage systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across different project phases.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic project demands.
- Willingness and capability to travel 100% for project requirements.
- Valid driver’s license (for truck allowance).
