Nurse Practitioner
We are a Primary Care & Urgent Care Practise seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
You will work alongside a fun and supportive team committed to delivering the best patient care. Working hours are Mon - Fri, no weekends or on call! Full time or Part time position.

Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Provide exceptional treatment, collaborative care options (within the scope of urgent care), including physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis and treatment
- Order and interpret x-rays, lab results and EKGs
- Triage and manage patients thoroughly and efficiently, maintaining a steady flow to avoid long wait times
- Review and manage daily tasks, patient callbacks, and lab results, while on shift
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications :
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California
- Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted California DEA license
- Ability to consult and treat patients of all ages
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
