The Snowflake Free Trial is a key product experience for new prospects evaluating Snowflake for purchase. In this role, you’ll empower the next level of growth for our Free Trial experience, with ownership over acquisition, onboarding & activation experiences.

Snowflake continues to grow at a fast pace, and this Product Manager has the opportunity to not just move the needle, but accelerate us into our next phase of growth as a company.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :

  • Be responsible for Free Trial acquisition, onboarding & activation experiences
  • Understand customer needs through user research, surveys and data
  • Design, build, and run experiments to determine the best paths and offerings
  • Analyze and understand data, and leverage that understanding to make data-driven decisions
  • Build cross-functional relationships and processes with other product managers, engineering, analytics, design, marketing and sales to drive Growth initiatives

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS :

  • Passionate about growing businesses, understanding customer funnels, enjoys building great customer experiences, and likes to work across systems
  • Deeply analytical, digging into the data to understand not just what’s happening, but also what to do next
  • Technically deep, able to understand the needs and tools of database administrators, data engineers, data scientists, and application developers, as well as the breadth of features offered by Snowflake
  • An excellent communicator, with experience presenting to leadership
  • Passionate about user experience, and the value of simplicity in crafting great product experiences
  • Brings 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Growth or B2B SaaS

BONUS POINTS FOR EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING :

Experience in a Growth product role at a B2B company and / or experience building new user onboarding flows

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role :

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $187,000 - $276,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

  • This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;
