Job Description
The Program Coordinator II for the School of Public & Allied Health is part-time. Serving as a linchpin in various crucial aspects such as fundraising, event coordination, and spearheading capital campaigning endeavors.
Additionally, this position will actively contribute to assisting the faculty and school with grant funding opportunities, further enhancing the organization's mission and impact.
Responsibilities :
Build-out funding by way of capital campaigning for the School of Public & Allied Health.
Researching and proposing new tools, processes, techniques, strategies, knowledge, and technology for the program. Assisting with fundraising curriculum development.
Sustains membership in national career organizations for further research.
Maintains positive rapport with external entities such as alumni, professional organizations, industry partners, and other potential employers.
Coordinate and works with industry partners to advertise internships, externships, and full-time jobs to students.
Supports the mission of the School of Public & Allied Health by participating and planning general workshops, big events, walk-in advising, committee work, and weekly meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree.
Four years of related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge of word processing / database / spreadsheet / publisher software.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Verbal and written communication skills.
