IT Support Manager

A company is looking for an IT Support Manager to oversee IT operations remotely from the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installing, upgrading, configuring, and testing hardware and software components

Train employees to use software and hardware, and troubleshoot related issues

Analyze departmental needs and processes to identify vulnerabilities and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field

Ten or more years of experience in IT management

Experience troubleshooting systems and skilled in database programming and software installation

Deep knowledge of iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Teams

Yardi experience preferred
