In the UX Designer role, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will be designing the future of our desktop Fitting Software that is used by tens of thousands of hearing care professionals across the globe to treat hearing loss in their patients.
This is a product with a high complexity and high impact, where you can make a real and tangible difference to the lives of millions of people.

You will do this in collaboration with Product Managers, Researchers, UX Strategists and Designers as part of a cross-functional setup.
The Team you will be part of We are the Experience Innovation team, that currently consists of Experience Researchers, Strategists and Designers.
As part of the larger Products & Experiences department, we support the delivery of GN’s hearing related digital products and services.

Create efficient and enjoyable end-to-end UX flows for hearing care professionalsDiscover, visualize, prototype, test and iterate on new designs, incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback at each stepSupport maintaining and expanding the design system as neededCollaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Strategists, Designers, Audiologists, Developers and Product Owners along the wayTo succeed in the role, we imagine that you have :
