Position Overview :
ANSER has a unique opportunity to serve as the company’s Multi Domain Deterrence Division Business Development Lead. In this key role you will lead the business development strategies for a diverse portfolio of work that includes ANSER-wide nuclear enterprise domain initiatives.
You will promote, inform, influence, and shape a unified NE vision and support a variety of efforts at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Joint Staff and other senior headquarters that focus on these topics.
Day to Day Responsibilities include :
- Develop a strategy and action plan to expand ANSER’s nuclear enterprise, nuclear deterrence, and nuclear compliance portfolios
- Engage with active and potential customers to enhance and expand ANSER presence including related multi domain deterrence efforts
- Conduct research on nuclear enterprise requirements and identify future opportunities
- Develop analysis and provide recommendations on business pursuits
- Develop strategic communications and messaging campaigns for selected opportunities
- Develop white papers and support proposal development
Required Qualifications :
- Active Top-Secret clearance
- Master’s Degree
- 20 years of experience in the professional services business space.
- 5 or more years as a senior staff officer experience operating at the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Major Command (MAJCOM), or Joint Staff levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the nuclear enterprise, nuclear deterrence, and Department of Defense (DoD) and Treaty compliance enterprises, specifically DoD and / or Joint nuclear operations, planning, and programming.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Established large network and proven relationships in the Nuclear Deterrence and Treaty Compliance arenas
- Minimum of five years as a Senior staff officer experience operating at the OSD, MAJCOM, or Joint Staff levels.
