How you will make an impact :

We are looking for a Product leader who has experience with, and a passion for : overcoming data fragmentation, democratizing data access and building data-based products.

In this role, you will define a data product strategy for the Adswizz Platform, considering our direct customers, as well as, our internal analytics and engineering teams.

You and your team will be collaborating with technical partners to develop data models that enable consistent, stable and robust outcomes across our ecosystem.

This leadership role will guide and manage a team of product managers who are based throughout the EU and US. Your leadership will foster a unified product vision as you work closely with senior Technology leaders to mesh product strategy with organizational goals to shape the audio advertising space.

Success hinges on market influence and revenue growth, alongside fostering team development and satisfaction.

What you'll do :

  • Develop and oversee an expansive advertising product roadmap, blending data initiatives across SiriusXM Media and AdsWizz platforms
  • Collaborate with the platform, data science and engineering teams to
  • Define, organize and store what data we collect and capture
  • Develop the right data assessment framework, governance & privacy processes; ensuring the proper compliance is met across different data products.
  • Build data products that 'democratize' business teams, and external customer access to data
  • Use data to make decisions, automate workflows, and usher in a new era of data-based products and services
  • Deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a comprehensive and thoughtful manner
  • Partner with the platform design team to visualize user-centric solutions based on customer insights, business objectives, and market analysis
  • Build strong working relationships with engineering, analytics, science, technology program management, and business organizations to enable cross functional collaboration
  • Manage global team of product managers to drive high performance and an engaged, collaborative employee experience
  • Build alignment and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders

What you'll need :

We are seeking a distinguished candidate with a track record of leading large, cross-functional teams, launching outstanding data products within the advertising technology space.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • BS / MS in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in business, UX design, and product management. This should include substantial experience in strategic project leadership, design research, investment analysis, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in managing international teams and overseeing global platform businesses, preferably within a publicly-traded, international software company environment
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders around a shared vision and strategy
  • A history of integrating both qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability studies, to develop and launch successful products
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in assessing data and identifying trends to glean predictive insights.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic, able to build and maintain business and technical relationships, balances autonomy and accountability to get things done.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $143,000 to $215,550 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
