As Drive Thru Cashier, your responsibilities include : -Offering exceptional customer service to guests-Suggesting additional food and drink items to guests-Recognizing first-time guests, as well as regulars, and developing a repertoire with customers-Using the Point of Sale system -Performing cash handling and checkout procedures correctly-Attending to all side work such as cleaning, stocking, etc.
