Carmel Partners is actively seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in either our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Denver office.

This role is responsible for overseeing branding and marketing efforts for Carmel's portfolio of brands. In addition to providing support for new developments and the stabilized portfolio, this position will also be responsible for assisting with digital initiatives, corporate marketing efforts, and continuous assessment and development of onsite branded touchpoints.

What you'll do

  • Implement website updates including imagery and copy into the content management system (CMS) of Carmel's proprietary website platform.
  • Conduct request for proposals (RFP's) with various branding agencies including spreadsheet cost summaries and maintaining master agency lists
  • Coordinate design and installation of construction signage, window graphics and marketing banners
  • Oversee property renderings, photography, flythrough videos, copy and site plans / floor plans
  • Lead virtual and self-touring implementation including audits and rolling out new technology
  • Create and maintain budgets from beginning of development through third?party transition
  • Lead digital asset management including renderings, photography, video, and virtual tours of Carmel's portfolio
  • Conduct virtual audit of property level competitors across digital channels
  • Support execution deliverables for properties including visual assets, digital content creation and art direction, collateral design, initial PR, social media, and digital media strategy
  • Enlist and oversee deliverables assigned to multiple third?party management and digital agencies to ensure they meet brand standards
  • Work with creative agencies to reposition existing assets and roll out execution in conjunction with third?party marketing
  • Complete quality control checks on listings, models, leasing center merchandising, collateral distribution and displays
  • Launch interactive leasing touchscreens and iPads in leasing offices; coordinate install and onsite training for staff
  • Discover new ways of leveraging technology across platforms (i.e., website enhancements, leasing touchpoints) and work with agencies and third?

party management to implement

Plan for temporary leasing space and develop onboarding program for new leasing teams

What you'll bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Digital marketing and agency experience strongly preferred
  • Real estate or Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Team player with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience with operating budgets; financial planning, analysis, tracking financial results
  • Strong presentation skills enabling the ability to make written and oral recommendations and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. The Company provides this compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that in good faith, believes it might pay and / or offer for this position.

Total compensation for this role also includes a bonus incentive in addition to the base salary. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
