In this role, you will be focused on partnering with Consumer Packaged Goods advertisers for data licensing.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position , requiring 2 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday.
Candidates living in Chicago or New York may also be considered for remote work. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing :
Grow strategic enterprise level Consumer Packaged Goods companies through data licensing commercial partnerships.
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through new business development and existing client expansion.
Collaborate with Consumer Goods partners through delivering consultative selling and challenger sales models.
Find and qualify new potential clients.
Outreach to existing clients about new capabilities and opportunities.
Ensure high retention of existing accounts through upselling and education around new product enhancements.
Collaborate across the Ibotta organization to serve client needs.

What we are looking for :
4-6 years in a data driven sales role
Experience selling into Consumer Goods Companies
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Technical Skills : G Suite, Looker, Product knowledge
Experience in data and advertising ecosystems with proven track record of sales success in CPG and / or Retail verticals
Familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem who the key players are, the platforms, the providers, and overall state of the industry.
Expert negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close the deal
Great analytical skills : ability to measure the results of your work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a mock pitch as part of the hiring process)
Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environment
Desire to achieve excellence across the entire sales spectrum (i.e., email outreach, cold calls, presentations, etc.)
