- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 6 years of financial services operations or Treasury Management experience, which includes external customer service experience and technical experience
- 2 years of experience working with Treasury Management, Demand Deposit and Corporate Cash Management
- 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word and Excel)
Job Description
Treasury Management Technical Resource Specialist IV
The Treasury Management Technical Resource Specialist role will be responsible for managing the technical troubleshooting support of all Treasury Management customers when issues are escalated for the complex Treasury Management products and services.
This role will also participate in projects requiring advanced technical knowledge.
Position Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve the requests escalated for customer technical assistance.
- Ensure the technical trouble shooting steps are documented in procedures and technotes.
- Act as a technical focal point for special projects that involve advanced technical customer support.
- Identify operational risk issues associated with technical troubleshooting and recommend appropriate risk management strategies to protect the best interests of Comerica and the customer.
- Act as a technical focal point through which operations, product, service and sales communicate to effect change and improvement for the ultimate benefit of our customers.
- Understand Treasury Management products and how they operate.
- Knowledgeable about how the customers system relates to Comerica's system in order to determine compatibility; participate in developing plans to resolve compatibility issues and troubleshoot with customer's IT contacts.
- Strong analytical advanced technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and still function well in a team environment.
- Demonstrate ability to follow tasks through to completion with minimum supervision and to simultaneously handle multiple tasks with flexibility and good judgment.
- Demonstrate well-developed time management and prioritization skills.
- Serve as incident manager for Relationship Services team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range
For candidates hired in the state of California, Colorado, Washington, New York the expected salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently :
California - $83,950 - $183,750 Annually
Salary Range(s) is subject to change. Comerica Bank takes several factors into account when determining individual starting pay.
These include but are not limited to position, grade level, location / metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation.
