Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney

Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney Requirements :
- 2+ years litigation experience
- Experience or interest in Labor & Employment law (Plaintiff or Defense)
- Experience in whistleblowers, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, class action
- Experience in written discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitrations preferred
- Pre-trial and / or direct trial experience in state and federal matters
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Strong academic background ABA- Accredited Law School
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
