What we’re looking for in a Project Manager :
Skilled : Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in complex project management including dealing with multiple subcontractors, scheduling and budgeting.
Strong leadership, communication, planning and organization skills. Construction background with both mechanical and electrical experience required, with focus on relays and controls preferred .
Engineering degree and experience preferred, with P.E. certification a plus .
Knowledgeable : Able to read drawings, understand all project components, and apply all applicable NEC code requirements.
Able to read and understand all applicable permitting requirements and deal respectfully with municipal officials, utility and engineering personnel.
NABCEP certification desirable.
Active : Able to spend considerable amount of time in the field on construction sites and climb ladders to access roofs.
Able to travel overnight, when necessary.
Safety Conscious : Use of all required PPE, including safety harness. Certified in OSHA 30, Fall Protection, and First Aid / CPR / AED.
Driver’s license with a clean or good driving record.
- Team Player : Humble. Able to promote healthy and truly functional teamwork and work well with others, both internally and externally.
- Passionate : Excited about Solar Energy. Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills, with full company support and both on-the-job and online training.
