This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Mecklenburg and Union counties. We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time commitment.

This position requires a commitment of four 10 hour days a week between the hours of 8am-6 : 30pm or 7 : 30am to 6pm. This 4 day schedule offers full-time benefits and flexible work / life balance!Additional part-time and per-diem opportunities are available as well.

reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors'' ordersPerform client assessments as necessaryCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletRN, Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits Qualifications : A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.Demonstrated ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong interpersonal skills.Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
