- Years of Experience : 3 years ICU experience
- Float Requirements : Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical / Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience.
- Floating to any IMC at the organization, patient ratios 1 : 3 in IMC.

- Must Have Skills / Experience : 3 years of ICU experience
- Preferred Skillset / Experience : 3 years of ICU experience
- Type of Patients on Unit : This 20 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit in a tertiary care and teaching institute. Patients cared for on this unit are primarily those with medical complications related to sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA and others.
- Personality Fit : Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and their drive to excel not only a member of our organization but also as an individual.
