SUMMARY OF POSITION : n n n

n n Responsible for administration of anesthesia, and provision of pre- operative, operative, and post-operative care to patients. n n

n n n MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : n n n

• n n Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing required. n n
• n n NBCRNA certification required. n n
• n n Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment. n n

n n n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : n n n

n n 2 years nurse anesthetist experience preferred. n n
