- Direct oversight and support for the Operations Managers.
- Assisting with preparation of departmental budget and employee manuals.
- Monitoring of daily staffing to meet contractual requirements.
- Inspecting facilities monthly along with the General Manager, Operations Managers, and MODs.
- Decision making on guest requests for refunds and fee adjustments.
- Authorizing employee absence including vacations.
- Disciplining employees in coordinating with the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with License Plate Inventory management.
- Creation of monthly reports due to LAWA.
- Creation and tracking of pass-through invoices between LAWA and subcontractors.
- SmartDrive Administrator.
- Maintain uniform inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
